Hanoi
I went to Hanoi today. I tried the crispy noodles. (Also a mushroom. #disgusting XD.) There were strips of chicken in it. If you want it to stay crispy you have to eat it really fast because the sauce soaks into the noodles, and then it's soggy. The dish was pretty good. I also got an almond bubble tea. (In real life I said "butter tea". L O L.) It had too much almond extract. And then my mom dropped the vase of sake, and it broke, and I'm pretty sure the waiter hates us. I rate the meal two out of five sporks because I liked the noodles, but when Mom dropped the sake vase and that I didn't like the bubble tea it wasn't so good. By the way, now I'm eight.
Do you think that there is a way to keep the noodles crisp? Because I really like crispy noodles. And I like butter tea better than bubble tea.
ReplyDeleteYou take the noodles onto a separate plate.
DeleteThanks for telling me about the noodles. I like mine crispy too, so I’ll eat fast. Good tip
ReplyDeleteYou could also take them off your plate.
DeleteI like the texture you get when you get a bite that has both soggy and crispy noodles in it. It’s one of my faves.
ReplyDeleteMe (Ace) too.
DeleteCongratulations on becoming eight and trying new things. I didn't like mushrooms until I was in my twenties, and they're still not a food that I consume often. I'm sorry about your mom, the sak and the waiter. These things happen.
